Our assessment and communications are educational tools. They do not constitute financial, tax, insurance, or legal advice, and they are not a recommendation to buy any product. Any results are based solely on the information you provide. You should consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
Any figures or projections are illustrative only. Guarantees referenced in connection with insurance products are subject to the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurer. Summit Income Planning Group LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.
If you opt in, the text messages you receive from Summit Income Planning Group LLC relate solely to your retirement planning inquiry and include: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling messages, and follow-up communications to help you arrange a consultation with a licensed retirement strategist. We do not send unrelated third-party marketing.
Text messaging consent is optional and is collected through a separate checkbox on our form that is never pre-selected. If you tick it, you consent to receive calls (which may use an artificial, pre-recorded, or AI-assisted voice) and text messages from us about your retirement planning inquiry. You will receive your scorecard and may speak with a retirement strategist whether or not you tick it, and we never text anyone who has not. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and other participating carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service, provide your contact information, or consent to receive calls and text messages. By using our assessment, you represent that you are 18 or older.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the assessment or reliance on its results.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
