When you complete our Retirement Confidence Scorecard, we collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, phone number, email address, state of residence, and the responses you give in the assessment.
Text messaging consent is entirely optional. On our form you may tick a separate checkbox — which is never pre-selected — to receive calls and text messages from Summit Income Planning Group LLC about your retirement planning inquiry. You will receive your scorecard and may speak with a retirement strategist whether or not you tick it, and we never send text messages to anyone who has not ticked it.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies (typically 2–5 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP.
